WELCOME TO MILNGAVIE GOLF COURSE

Dear visitor, welcome. We hope that you will enjoy a relaxing and memorable time while at our Club. We are here to make your day as pleasurable as we possibly can. In return, all we ask is that you adhere to our very basic rules & regulations and rules of etiquette while on the golf course.

REPORT TO THE CLUBHOUSE MAIN LOUNGE

BEFORE TEEING OFF OUR STAFF WILL ATTEND TO ALL YOUR NEEDS

 

IF THE MAIN LOUNGE IS CLOSED THE FOLLOWING GUIDE WILL ASSIST YOU

 

Access to the gents locker room is through the left hand lounge inside the main foyer of the clubhouse. Exit is via the side door in the locker room. The ladies locker area is up the stairs in the main foyer of the clubhouse

Please ensure that you have paid your green fees and other charges before teeing off. This can be done on your mobile phone through the BRS visitors page at our Visitor Payment Page

 

DRESS CODE: NOT PERMITTED: 

At Milngavie we are dedicated to making our members, guests, and visitors most welcome and to ensure that everyone has a most enjoyable and memorable time while at the Club. This includes a very relaxed on-course dress code. We take account of clothes trends (fashion) and the age range of those playing the course. As a result, only the following items are not permitted whilst playing golf on the course.

1. Football/rugby tops of any description
2. Track-suit/hoodie wear
3. Non-tailored shorts ie: football/rugby style shorts
4. Jeans, trainers, non-collared t-shirts

COURSE REGULATIONS

  1. Report to the clubhouse before teeing off
  2. Be ready to tee off at your allotted tee-off time
  3. Do not take your buggy or trolley on to any teeing area or on to putting surfaces
  4. Be respectful of and to other golfers on the course
  5. Pace of play: Remember to ‘keep up with the game in front of you, not in front of the game behind you’
  6. Repair Pitch Marks
  7. Replace your Divots
  8. Rake Bunkers

EMERGENCY: 

In the remote event that there is an emergency situation whilst out on the course, there is a defibrillator and a first-aid kit behind the right-hand storm door at the front of the clubhouse. Otherwise contact the clubhouse or Emergency Services as you deem necessary.
